Since Yuqi started practicing yoga in 2017, it has become an essential part of her daily life. Initially, Yoga and Pilates were to alleviate the pain and stiffness caused by high-pressure work and studies. As she delved deeper into practice, it also helped her discover a rare sense of calm amidst the fast pace of modern life.
She doesn’t confine herself to any single exercise method. Whether it’s aerial yoga, aerial dance, indoor bungee, or Pilates, all these practices can enhance physical fitness and relieve psychological stress. Her motivation for becoming a coach is to help people, like herself, who are troubled by stress, rediscover their passion for life and inner fulfillment.
